ABOUT ME

Hey! I hope you are enjoying the site and thank you for stopping by to read a little about me. My name is Karimah Arnea. I am an artist currently focusing on creating dream-inspired black art pieces with elements of clouds & nature. My two main creative mediums are digital paintings and mixed media. I was born in Chicago, but my family & I currently reside in Atlanta. I love to create and travel, so I’m always ready to go on an adventure if I feel God wants me to make a move!

I try not to keep myself in a box and let the Lord use me to create. Inspiration hits me in many forms, whether it be through a dream or a song that I’ve translated into a painting. Over the years, I thought I was having trouble sticking to one thing, but I came to realize that I wasn’t created to. A Jill of all trades, if you will. I’ve always been hesitant to share my gifts with the world in fear of being misunderstood, but not anymore! I am currently working on a number of projects including original characters, stop-motions, comics and many more things I’m very excited to share!

God has blessed me with a supportive husband and a wonderful daughter that I’m watching flourish into a young artist of her own. I am trusting in the Lord to send the right people my way to support my gifts!
